Jayne Hanlon Realty offers a choice of two buyer programs to represent and assist buyers in the search, evaluation, and purchase of non-commercial use (e.g. residential use) properties. Such properties may include resale homes, new or under construction homes (including new subdivision homes), developed lots, acreage, and "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO) properties. 

The Full Service Program provides a high level of broker contribution and is well suited for a buyer who lives out of area or for whom time for real estate search and involvement is limited.    An Exclusive Buyer Agent will leverage  their knowledge and expertise to locate and qualify the properties that best fit your requirements.  This will streamline your search process and shorten the overall purchase process.   No buyer incentive is provided with this program.  The counties included in this program are Lumpkin, Dawson, Hall, and Forsyth.

For buyers who wish to conduct their own on-line research and do "drive-bys" to eliminate propertiesour new Buyer's Choice Program provides buyers with a cash back incentive of up to 1% of the property purchase price (e.g. up to $2,000 back on $200,000 property).  This buyer incentive is in addition to favorable terms and conditions that our Exclusive Buyer Agents negotiate for property purchase.  The buyer incentive is credited to buyer by Jayne Hanlon Realty at closing.  It is funded through the listing broker cooperative commission or the seller paid commission paid to Jayne Hanlon Realty.   The Buyer's Choice Program works well for buyers who are comfortable navigating the Internet and who are able to allocate adequate time previewing in the geographic search area.  The counties included in this program are Lumpkin, Dawson, Hall, and ForsythTerms and Conditions Apply, please e-mail (Info@JayneHanlonRealty.com) or call us at 1-800-340-1515 for details.
